I had a great experience with this place. I didn't have to sit in a waiting room for hours before being seen; like other ERs. I felt like the treatment & advice I was given was good. And most importantly I left in better shape than when I arrived.
Having recently moved to Cabot/Jacksonville area, my husband and I have not had a chance to look for new drs yet. We arrived at Cabot Emergency Facility around 3pm. We were greeted by 2 friendly and helpful receptionists who checked us in immediately. Within 10 min, we... were taken back to a room where the Dr greeted us as we walked in to room. He and his nurses were all very friendly, professional, and thorough with both my husband and I. We had several tests run and chest x-rays done. We were there about 1 1/2 hours. Great place for quick care. I went in for 2nd degree burns, they got me in quickly and me treated. Staff was very professional and tentative to my wounds. Great job Cabot Emergency Hospital!

Very fast service, friendly faces, and overall great experience. The whole staff was wonderful, warm, and caring. From the time we walked in, got imaging, and results, it was about 45 minutes.

We had an ultrasound done, and the tech was amazing! She was patient and kind to my 5 year old boy who did not want to do the ultrasound. She even joked around with him to make him more comfortable! Such a good experience!

This was my first visit to this hospital and I was impressed. There was less than a five minute wait in the waiting area. The doctor came in before the nurse even finished taking my vitals.
