This was my first visit to this hospital and I was impressed. There was less than a five minute wait in the waiting area. The doctor came in before the nurse even finished taking my vitals. First time visiting the Cabot ER due to an accident I was in. The staff was Amazing! From the receptionist, the Nurses and especially Dr. Archer. They took great care of me during the solar eclipse. They gave me glasses and we went outside to watch the eclipse. I can't... express how I feel cause Dr. Archer did a follow-up and checked on me. You guy's are the Best and I Highly recommend this facility but make sure you call first to see if they accept your insurance carrier.read more

The care is top notch. I have been before and have been in and out in an hour. But, because of the nature of my visit, it took a bit longer to get answers but only because they wanted to check all the boxes to make sure I was getting the best care for the situation! Very fast service, friendly faces, and overall great experience. The whole staff was wonderful, warm, and caring. From the time we walked in, got imaging, and results, it was about 45 minutes.

I have had over 20 surgeries this year and Been admitted into6 different hospitals. In fact the first surgery that I had was in fort smith because little rock had zero rooms or doctors that could help me. Even though I was given 14 hours to live and in a critical... situation.?? .. spent 6 thousand for that ambulance ride.I've had to visit five different emergency rooms, and everytime it was a long and traumatic experience .I've witnessed people having heart attacks with nurses bringing medication out to them then leaving them unattended in the waiting room. I've seen gun shot Victims bleeding and told to sit down, As the receptionist rudely explained how limited they were on help, not enough doctors, nurses or rooms. We have literally been met at the doors of waiting rooms with receptionist waving their hands yelling for us to turn around. Because they could not accept any more people.This year has been scary and eye opening on how our medical system is failing ..The only reason I'm writing about all the above is to make sure that people understand just how lucky we are to have this emergency hospital.I want to leave this review On cabot emergency hospital, Because of how blessed we are to have it.Everytime that I've walked through those doors ,I've been greeted with compassion and understanding by the receptionist at the front desk.The Waiting room is beautiful ,extremely clean and quiet.The doctors and nurses have taken care of me in a way that has made me feel Important. They made sure to cover every area as to why i was there .. No questions were needed. everything was already answered. There doctors are simply amazing.The nurses that i've hadDid not leave my side. All three times I've used this emergency hospital, i've left with a folder containing a cd of cat scans along with written information for my next appointment. Without requesting it ! ... I have never experienced a place like this and I've never have i been treated better. We are beyond lucky to have this hospital along with all of their staff.A million Thank you's!!read more
